My name is Hugo Henrique Reis Raposo, I am 30 years old and I am brazilian.
As you will see on my resume, I am a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and a Senior Enterprise Architect certified by Sun Microsystems (Sun Certified Enterprise Architect), IBM (IBM Certified SOA Solution Designer) and BEA (BEA Certified SOA Architect and BEA Certified Enterprise Architect). In this way, my knowledge of system architecture tends to complement my project management skills and allows me to better control the efficiency and quality of projects.
Regarding my education background, I have a graduate degree in Computer Science and I am currently studying to obtain a master’s degree in Computer Science.
In the last 15 years, I acquired a deep experience in Information Technology, Service Oriented Architectures and integration Architectures. Over these years, I have worked for multinational companies in the Industrial, Research and Development (R&D), Telecommunications and Service Rendering segments.
From past experiences and education, I have acquired persuasive techniques that are needed to influence developers, others architects, project managers, testers and system analysts. My leadership skills are developed and have allowed me to spontaneously interact with ethnic diverse populations and all age groups. I also possess a strong strategic vision for new businesses and a wide international experience in reduction of costs, self-sustainable growth and operational managerial methods.
My technical specialties include Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Business Process Management (BPM), PMBOK, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, CMM/CMMI, ISO, RUP, UML and Function Points analysis. I also possess a broad technical experience with software lifecycle, leading, architecting and designing software systems based on the following technologies: Java, J2EE/J2ME, HTML/XML, ESBs, Java development tools, Internet technologies, Windows/UNIX/Solaris and RDBMS using object oriented methodologies.
